ANN ARBOR / CLEAR ANSWERS
Keep the local questions in view.
Are these Ann Arbor city market figures?
No. The displayed August 2026 single-family observations cover Washtenaw County in the Ann Arbor Area chapter report, current as of September 9. They are separate from condominium data and do not value an individual home.
Can I budget with the seller’s Ann Arbor tax bill?
Obtain a next-owner estimate. Michigan taxable value may uncap after a qualifying transfer, and the city estimator currently combines 2026 summer with 2025 winter millages. Neither is a final future bill.
Does projected rent make an Ann Arbor purchase qualify?
No. City rental and short-stay requirements, lender income treatment and the household’s ability to carry vacant periods need separate verification. The planner grants no licence or approval.
